Lijia Xu has served as the Brand Ambassador of ChinaOne. Ningbo since its inception.In 2024, she joined the team as a helmsman – the first female crew member in team history – and went on to win the M32 European Series and the Season Overall Championship.

A 2012 London Olympic gold medalist in the Women’s Laser Radial, she secured China’s first Olympic gold in the event – and remains the only Asian sailor to have achieved this feat.

A world-class sailor from New Zealand, Phil Robertson is the undisputed legendary skipper of ChinaOne. Ningbo. During his tenure with the team from 2017 to 2021, he led the team to four world championship titles, including the World Match Racing Tour and the M32 World Championship. He later went on to compete in SailGP, the world's premier global sailing league, racing against the world's top teams.

In 2025, Phil returned to ChinaOne. Ningbo and led the team to a podium finish at the M32 World Championship in Miami, securing third place against strong competitors – once again proving his exceptional leadership and competitive prowess.

Leo joined ChinaOne. Ningbo in 2018 and won the M32 World Championship in his debut year with the team. In recent years, he has continued to contribute to the team's success in top-tier international sailing events, earning multiple world championship titles. With his exceptional technical skills and outstanding teamwork, he has become an indispensable asset to the squad.

He was formerly a 470-class sailor for the Chinese National Sailing Team, representing China at World Cup events, World Championships, and the 2010 Asian Games. He also won the Ocean Race – the world's premier offshore race – in 2018 as a member of Dongfeng Race Team.

Keith Swinton is a top professional sailor from Australia. In 2024, he helmed ChinaOne. Ningbo to victory at the M32 European Series, claiming the championship title.

Keith began sailing at a young age and demonstrated exceptional talent and competitive ability from his junior years. He finished fourth overall in the World Match Racing Tour in both 2012 and 2015, and claimed a victory in St. Moritz, defeating two-time event champion Mathieu Richard.

Paul Campbell-James is a world-class sailor from the United Kingdom. In 2024, he led ChinaOne. Ningbo to a 3rd place at the M32 European Championship.

He is a four-time National Match Racing Champion of Great Britain and has competed in the America's Cup twice, in 2013 and 2017. During the 2013 campaign cycle, he was part of the team that won the 2014 America's Cup World Series.

Frankie joined ChinaOne. Ningbo in 2022 as the youngest sailor on the team at the time. In recent years, he has consistently supported the team in top-tier international sailing events, earning multiple world championship titles.

He began sailing at the age of 8 and entered the professional team at 15. He has participated in the Clipper Round the World Race twice, completing a 40,000-nautical-mile voyage in the 2019–2020 season and helping his team claim the overall championship.

Philip, a distinguished representative of the "Ningbo Bang"(宁波帮) and the grandson of the world shipping magnate Sir Yue-Kong Pao, has long been committed to promoting the development of education, culture, and sports. As a young entrepreneur and educator active in Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Ningbo, he is the Honorary Chairman of the Ningbo Yacht Industry Association and a Member of the University Council of Ningbo University, among other roles.

Originally from Ningbo, Philip developed a passion for water sports at an early age and represented Hong Kong in international competitions as a member of both the swimming and water polo teams. After discovering sailing in his youth, he became particularly drawn to catamaran and high-speed sailing, which cultivated a deep and lasting affection for the maritime world.

Rob is co-founder and COO of Andes STR, a firm providing turnkey services to investors in short-term rental real estate properties. He has spent half his adult life in Asia and is a long-time investor in both the US and Asia. He grew up sailing and taught sailing with ChinaOne. Ningbo CEO, Craig Monk, for two years while in college.

Craig has been involved in competitive sailing for more than 30 years. He won a bronze medal in the Finn class at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics and was then recruited as a grinder by Russell Coutts’ Team New Zealand, with whom he won the America’s Cup in 1995 and 2000. Craig was BMW Oracle Racing’s sailing team manager from 2003 until the 2007 America's Cup. 

Alex is a founder of Akasha Capital, an investment company with interests in fintech, clean energy and real estate. She previously worked in the financial industry in Toronto, New York and Hong Kong and was global head of commodities for a leading Wall Street firm. Her interest in ChinaOne. Ningbo reflects her passion in sports and sustainability.
